The challenge
Pest control is an urgent, local purchase — people search and call when they discover termites, cockroaches or rodents, and they usually choose whoever answers first and sounds credible. Hindustan Pest Control, an established Vijayawada business serving homes, restaurants, warehouses and commercial sites, needed a consistent stream of relevant customer enquiries rather than occasional spikes, at an advertising cost that made commercial sense.
What we delivered
Approach and execution
We manage and optimise the business's digital advertising as an ongoing operation rather than a one-off campaign. The work centres on reaching people in and around Vijayawada at the moment they need pest control, making it easy for them to call, and steadily refining targeting, ad messages and budgets based on which campaigns lead to genuine enquiries.
The business
Hindustan Pest Control is an established pest control company in Vijayawada, treating termites, cockroaches, bed bugs, ants, rodents and other pests for homes, restaurants, warehouses, malls and commercial properties. Like most local service businesses, its growth depends on one thing above all: the phone ringing with the right kind of customer.
How we approached it
Advertising built around calls
People looking for pest control rarely want to fill in a long form. Campaigns were set up so that the easiest next step from an ad is to call the business directly, and the business’s website and booking form give a second route for those who prefer to send details.
Local relevance
Targeting is kept to the areas the business can actually serve, so budget goes to people who can become customers rather than to clicks from far away. Ad messages reflect what local customers care about: fast response, the type of property and the specific pest problem.
Steady optimisation over almost three years
Rather than launching a campaign and leaving it, we have reviewed and refined the advertising continuously — adjusting budgets, messages and targeting as seasons, competition and the business’s priorities change. This long-term approach is what has kept enquiries consistent.
What the numbers mean
The headline figures — around ₹4 lakh of advertising over almost three years, around ₹12 lakh of revenue over the same period, and 3–4 customer calls a day — were reported by the owner. They describe the business as a whole. We haven’t presented them as a return on ad spend, because revenue and calls also come from referrals, repeat customers and the company’s long-standing reputation.
If you run a local service business and want a steadier flow of enquiries, Google Ads management is usually where we start — and we can run a free review of your current advertising first.

How to read these figures: All figures are approximate and were reported by the business owner in October 2026. They have not been independently audited. Revenue and daily calls reflect the whole business, which also wins customers through referrals, repeat work and its own reputation — they are not presented as being caused solely by advertising.

What we learned
For an urgent local service, consistency matters more than bursts of activity. Keeping campaigns focused on the areas the business actually serves, making calling effortless and reviewing performance regularly has kept enquiries flowing over a long period. Revenue reflects the business's own service, pricing and repeat customers as well as advertising, which is why we present the figures below as reported by the owner rather than as a return on ad spend.
