01 The challenge
For many customers WhatsApp is the most natural way to contact a business, but most companies handle it on one or two phones. Replies are slow after hours, several staff cannot share the same number, updates are sent manually, and nobody can see which conversations became sales. Unofficial bulk tools make it worse by putting the number at risk of being blocked.

04 In depth
WhatsApp is where many customers already are
For many businesses in Ongole, across India and in markets such as the Gulf, WhatsApp is already the main way customers ask questions, check prices and confirm orders. The challenge is rarely getting messages — it is handling them well and at scale. WhatsApp done properly fixes the handling first, then uses the channel for timely, welcome updates and automation that saves staff time.
Business App or Business Platform
WhatsApp Business App
The free Business App suits teams with a manageable number of chats. You can add a business profile, a catalogue, greeting and away messages, quick replies and labels. For a shop or service business, setting this up well is often all that is needed, and we will tell you if that is the case.
WhatsApp Business Platform (Cloud API)
When you need several staff members on one number, automated notifications, chatbots or integration with your website, store and CRM, the WhatsApp Business Platform is the right tool. Access is through Meta’s Cloud API, either directly or via an official Business Solution Provider (BSP) that adds a shared inbox and other tools. Our WhatsApp Business API services cover choosing the right route, completing business verification and getting your number and templates live.
The Platform is not limited to Indian numbers. Businesses in many countries can use it, subject to Meta’s eligibility rules, commerce policy and country-specific pricing. We run onboarding remotely and confirm what applies before you commit.
Opt-in and templates: the rules that protect your number
WhatsApp requires businesses to get a customer’s permission before messaging them, and messages you start outside a customer’s recent conversation must use pre-approved template messages. We set up clear opt-in points — on your website, enquiry forms, checkout and in-store — and write templates that are useful, specific and likely to be approved.
We follow WhatsApp Business policy. We do not offer “bulk WhatsApp sender” tools or send messages to purchased or scraped lists. Beyond the policy risk, unsolicited messages get reported and blocked, which can restrict or ban your number. Messaging people who asked to hear from you is both safer and more effective.
Automation that keeps a person in the loop
Good automation handles the routine and hands over the rest. Typical flows include order and appointment confirmations, delivery updates, answers to common questions, collecting enquiry details before a salesperson replies, and reminders that customers have agreed to receive. Each flow has a clear route to a person, so customers are never stuck in a loop.
Catalogues and click-to-WhatsApp ads
A WhatsApp catalogue lets customers browse products or services inside the chat. Click-to-WhatsApp ads on Facebook and Instagram open a conversation directly, which often suits buyers who prefer to ask a question before committing; we plan these with our Meta ads service so conversations are tracked back to campaigns.
Connecting WhatsApp to your sales process
The real value appears when WhatsApp conversations feed your sales process. New chats can create leads in your CRM, be assigned to the right person and trigger reminders if nobody replies. Our CRM and lead automation service sets up that side, so enquiries from WhatsApp, your website and ads land in one place. Stores can also connect order events from their e-commerce platform.
Costs, explained honestly
Meta charges for certain template messages according to its published pricing, which varies by category and country, and those charges are billed by Meta or your BSP, not by us. Our fees cover planning, setup, content and management. We explain the current pricing model before you start sending.

WhatsApp Business API & Automation: common questions
Have a different question? Ask us directly.
What is the difference between the WhatsApp Business App and the Business Platform?
The Business App is free and runs on a phone, which suits teams handling a manageable number of chats manually. The WhatsApp Business Platform (Cloud API) is for businesses that need several staff on one number, automated messages, chatbots or integrations with a CRM, store or website. It is accessed through Meta directly or an official Business Solution Provider.
Can you send bulk WhatsApp messages to a list of numbers?
Not to people who have not agreed to hear from you. We follow WhatsApp Business policy, which requires opt-in before you message customers, and we do not use unofficial bulk sender tools. Those tools risk getting your number restricted or banned. Instead, we help you build an opted-in audience and send approved template messages to it.
How much does WhatsApp messaging cost?
Meta charges for certain business-initiated template messages according to its published pricing, which varies by message category and the customer's country. These charges are billed by Meta or your Business Solution Provider, separately from our fees. We explain the current pricing model during setup so you can plan your messaging.
Can you set this up for a business or number outside India?
Generally, yes. The WhatsApp Business Platform supports phone numbers and businesses in many countries, and we can handle onboarding remotely. Eligibility, verification requirements, message pricing and local rules vary by country and are set by Meta, so we check what applies to your business before starting.
How long does setup take?
A Business App setup is usually quick. Platform onboarding depends on Meta's business verification, display name review and template approvals, which are outside our control. The time for automation work depends on whether you need chatbots, CRM integration, catalogues or ongoing campaign management. We give you a written plan after reviewing your requirements.
Can WhatsApp enquiries go into our CRM?
Yes, on the Business Platform. Chats can create or update leads in your CRM, assign them to a team member and trigger follow-ups. Our CRM and lead automation service can set up the CRM side if you do not have one yet.
