Shared working hours are calculated in your browser.
Based on our core hours of 9:30–18:30 IST, Monday–Saturday. Calls outside these hours by arrangement.
A 9 am call in London is 2:30 pm in India in winter and 1:30 pm during British Summer Time, so live sessions fit comfortably into UK mornings.
Progress notes, preview links and recorded walkthroughs waiting for you each morning, so reviews do not depend on a call.
Copy in UK spelling and tone, with cookie consent, privacy notices and advertising claims handled with UK requirements in mind.
A written scope and agreement, an NDA if you need one, and quoting and invoicing in GBP open for discussion.
Outsourcing technology and marketing work to India is an established pattern for UK businesses, and the reasons are practical: access to a wider pool of developers and marketers, capacity that can scale up for a launch and down afterwards, and a working day that overlaps for part of the morning. For a growing company without a full digital team, it can mean one partner covering the website, search, paid media and analytics. For an established business, it can mean extra delivery capacity alongside an in-house marketing or IT team.
We are an Ongole-based team, not a large offshore vendor with layers of account management. You deal with a single accountable contact who understands both the technical and the marketing side of the work.
India does not change its clocks, so the gap with the UK moves twice a year. India is five and a half hours ahead of the UK in winter and four and a half hours ahead during British Summer Time.
In practice, UK mornings are when we talk. A 9:30 am stand-up in London falls in our early afternoon, and most of our remaining working day overlaps with the rest of your morning and lunchtime. Work done in our afternoon is ready for your review by the time your day is underway, and feedback you send during your afternoon is waiting for us the next morning. Projects that are planned around this rhythm move quickly; projects that need constant live back-and-forth through the UK afternoon are a poorer fit, and we will say so.
UK businesses work under UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018, with the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations (PECR) covering cookies and electronic marketing such as email and SMS. The rules have been updated recently, so we check current guidance from the Information Commissioner’s Office rather than relying on old habits.
What this means for our work:
None of this is legal advice. Your data protection lead or legal adviser should confirm your obligations; we build to what they decide.
UK customers notice American spelling, US-style hard selling and claims that sound too good to be true. We write in UK English, keep claims factual and bear in mind that UK advertising is governed by the CAP Code and enforced by the Advertising Standards Authority. For regulated sectors, such as financial services or healthcare, you or your compliance team review copy before it is published.
We begin with a video call at a time that suits you, review your current set-up and send a written proposal with scope, milestones, costs and the quote currency. If you are comparing several overseas partners, our international page explains how remote engagements work in general.
We do not guarantee rankings, leads or sales. We commit to careful work, clear communication and honest reporting.

No. We are based in Ongole, India, and work with UK clients remotely through video calls, email and your preferred project tools. We would rather say that plainly than imply a local presence we do not have. If something needs to happen in person in the UK, such as an event or a photo shoot, we will tell you and help you brief a local supplier.
We build websites with cookie consent that blocks non-essential tracking until a visitor agrees, clear privacy notices and forms that collect only what is needed. If we will handle personal data on your behalf, we agree the terms in writing first, including how data transfers to India are covered. Your data protection lead or legal adviser should confirm your obligations.
Quoting and invoicing in GBP can be discussed at the proposal stage, together with a payment route that suits both sides. The agreed currency, payment schedule and method are written into the proposal before any work begins, so budgets can be approved internally without surprises later.
We can discuss it. Some UK agencies and in-house teams want extra development or campaign capacity without hiring. We agree confidentiality, communication rules and quality checks in writing, work inside your tools and processes where practical, and are clear about who is responsible for what.
We build to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines as standard practice, with sensible colour contrast, keyboard navigation, alt text and properly labelled forms. Accessibility is good for users and for search, and UK organisations increasingly expect it. We do not certify legal compliance, but we can document what has been checked.
Tell us where you are and where you want to be. We'll recommend a practical plan — even if that means starting small.
